Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
Some products may be sold as PREORDERS. Preorder items will be shipped once production is complete and stock becomes available. Estimated shipping timeframes will be stated on the product page.
Preorders
If you have purchased a preorder item, your order will be shipped in line with the estimated dispatch window provided at the time of purchase.
Shipping dates are estimates only and delays may occur due to manufacturing or supply chain factors. Customers will be notified of any major updates.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
Australia: 2–7 business days
International: 5–15 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier services, and external factors outside our control.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Delays may occur due to customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Delays
Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, high demand, peak periods, or manufacturing delays for preorder items. We are not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched, but we will assist where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at orders@copilotdrilling.com so we can investigate and assist.
Split Shipments
Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may be shipped separately or held until all items are available.
