Copilot began as an alignment innovation designed to solve a fundamental challenge in drilling—maintaining accuracy when drilling large holes using excavators and auger drives.
This original concept led to the development of a patented auger drive alignment system, now known as Halo. The Halo technology is exclusively licensed to Digga, an Australian-based global leader in attachment drilling and auger drive solutions. Sewell Power Transfer owns the underlying intellectual property and manufactures the Halo products used by Digga.
Since 2017, this collaboration has evolved into a highly successful partnership, with Halo receiving industry recognition and awards across multiple international markets served by Digga.

Building on the same patented technology, we have continued development into a cordless and handheld drill application, now known as Copilot™. The Copilot brand is registered in Australia for the relevant power-tool goods and is used for our handheld-drill product.
HALO continues to be used for our auger-drive alignment application, while Copilot is the brand for our handheld-drill product.
Copilot represents the next evolution of this alignment technology—bringing precision, control, and confidence to handheld drilling applications. With granted patent protection in key markets, our long-term objective is to license Copilot to a major global power tool manufacturer.
